Bikram Hot Yoga (90 minutes)

Bikram Yoga is a 90 Minute meditation in a heated room.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow

An hour long modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow series. Focus on the breath is essential and consistent throughout the class.  Tuning in on the alignment for each posture, getting it as correct as possible... The flow of the series starts with step by step guidance through Sun Salutations and then flowing with pace into the standing sequence and into the sitting series. 

The benefits of postures, consistent breathing techniques and meditation assist in fulfilling an hours Yoga experience. This Yoga is designed to heat the body from the inside out by maintaining your breathing technique instructed throughout class.

Yoga can soothe an individual into keeping a positive outlook for themselves. Welcoming anyone, It clears your mind and works your body. 

Hot Yoga - 60mins

Hot Yoga is designed to make you sweat by aid of the heat inside the venue. There are so many Yoga Postures to explore and so we offer a combination of 60 minutes to fit into your working schedule. 

Hot Yoga starts with breathing techniques, Sun Salutations - Standing Sequence and Sitting Sequence with some water breaks. And the meditation at the end is essential not optional. It is so important to get the most out of your Yoga Practice. Always make time for your Savasana (final posture).
